Sorry to hear about your village! However, we are only able to assist recovering villages of Town Hall level 4 and above. We realize that this is a bit of a bummer, but we're confident that you'll be able to reach the same level of progress in your new village in no time!

To keep your village safe from being lost, make sure to connect to Game Center (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users). On Android, open the in-game settings and press the button to connect to Google Play, then choose an available Google account. On iOS, go to your device's Settings > Game Center, and make sure it reflects your current Clash account.

If you have lost access to village that is Town hall 4 or above, contact us back from the supported device as the one you are contacting from is not supported and we will be more than happy to help you.
